Dealer Registration

Requirements

Only licensed motor vehicle dealers and their authorized representative(s) first approved by the auction may do business and must supply:

  1. Dealer registration completed in full with with signature(s) of the owner(s) and their authorized representative(s)
  2. Copy of - articles of incorporation (first and last page)
  3. Copy of - motor vehicle dealer licence and each annual renewal thereafter
  4. Copy of - H.S.T. registration (or blank remittance form)
  5. Copy of - ownership (to verify RIN #)
  6. Copy of - void company cheque (business name imprinted)
  7. Copy of - valid insurance (attached waiver signer)
  8. Copy of - OMVIC registration certificate for every authorized representative
  9. Copy of - valid driver's licence (front & back)
  10. Trade and credit reference acceptable to the auction
  11. (optional) Copy of the other aution cards (reference purposes)
