Only licensed motor vehicle dealers and their authorized representative(s) first approved by the auction may do business and must supply:
- Dealer registration completed in full with with signature(s) of the owner(s) and their authorized representative(s)
- Copy of - articles of incorporation (first and last page)
- Copy of - motor vehicle dealer licence and each annual renewal thereafter
- Copy of - H.S.T. registration (or blank remittance form)
- Copy of - ownership (to verify RIN #)
- Copy of - void company cheque (business name imprinted)
- Copy of - valid insurance (attached waiver signer)
- Copy of - OMVIC registration certificate for every authorized representative
- Copy of - valid driver's licence
- Trade and credit reference acceptable to the auction
